In the common areas, the brand’s signature olive green is used as a unifying accent—bringing warmth, identity, and a natural tone that balances the building’s concrete texture. To enhance brightness and contrast, a clean white palette is incorporated into walls and fixtures, creating a crisp, uplifting atmosphere that complements the darker brutalist elements. The original concrete flooring is preserved, offering durability and historical continuity while reinforcing the architectural integrity of the structure.
