About Us – A Legacy Renewed
Founded in 1965 as V.V. Soliven Realty and Associates (VVSRA) by young realtors Victorio and Purita Soliven, the company began as a marketer of premier subdivisions developed by the country’s most reputable landowners. Its early success led to rapid expansion, with multiple branches across Metro Manila, and by 1968, incorporation as V.V. Soliven Realty Corporation.
From selling exclusive properties, V.V. Soliven quickly evolved into property development, launching landmark communities across the country. The 1970s and 1980s brought large-scale projects such as Pasig Green Park Village, Marikina Green Heights, and the prestigious Loyola Grand Villas—a 120-hectare enclave that remains the crown jewel of the company’s portfolio.
The group also diversified into infrastructure development, construction materials, agricultural ventures, and large commercial complexes. Its achievements earned it recognition among the Top Corporations in the Philippines, ranking No. 2 in the real estate industry in 1978. Throughout the decades, V.V.
